What are the delivery and shipping costs?

All products on nvolight.com are free shipping. We support shipping to most countries around the world, including: North America/Australia/Europe/Asia.

Where is my delivery?

After your item has been successfully shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to find out about the current status of your parcel at any time. Please also check whether the parcel was delivered to a neighbour or possibly a UPS or EMS pickup point.

How can I change my delivery address?

We attach great importance to the quick execution of your order. For this reason, it is usually not possible for us to change the delivery address after you have completed your order.

Payment Information

Which payment methods are available to me?

Usually, customers can pay online via credit card or Paypal When you successfully pay for an item in our store, we will not receive your payment immediately. The money will be on your credit card collection platform. The money will be there until you receive the goods. 

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive the invoice after the order has been sent to the e-mail address you specified when you placed your order.

How can I return a delivered item?

1. If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.

How can I cancel an item or an order?

There are usually two situations for canceling an order 1. If the package is not shipped, please contact our support team and we will cancel the order within 24 hours. 2. If the package is already in transit, according to the decormote return policy, we cannot cancel the order for the package in transit.

When will I get the money back for my return?

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive the credit receipt by email. The repayment will then be made using the original payment method.
